The food is freshly prepared with quality ingrediants. Many of the burritos are very large. The salsa bar provides options for every taste -- mild, medium, and hot. Expect a long wait if you go during the lunch time rush (11am-1pm). The food is good, but the service is a bit slower than most "fast" food.

Bamboo Club

Bison Witches

The service is quick and the food is fresh and low priced. Great for low fat or low carb diets -- freshly grilled meat with rice and/or vegis. Many excellent sauce choices. They have recently expanded the menu to include a few salads and flat bread/pita sandwiches.

The Diablo Chicken Pasta is my favorite dish although the price seems a bit steep. The Chambord Margaritas are good and powerfull.
